4 arrested after liquor store robbery

NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - February 17, 2008 It happened around 3:45 p.m. Saturday at Time Out Liquor Store in the 400 block of Moores Lane.

The clerk told officers that three young men displayed a handgun, then stole cash and several bottles of liquor before fleeing through Rogers Manor Park to a car, where a fourth suspect was waiting.

Police say the car crashed nearby and one of the suspects tossed a bottle of alcohol through a window of a woman's car to scare her off.

Police arrested 20-year-old Omar Ibarra of New Castle, 20-year-old Rashad Eady of Wilmington, 16-year-old Jayson Glenn of Abington, Maryland, and 17-year-old Donnie Turner, whose hometown was not available. All four were charged with robbery and weapon related offenses.
