3 brother missing with mom's fiance

PHILADELPHIA- May 8, 2008 Philadelphia police say 4 year-old twins, Dymeer and Tymeer Harris, and 6 year-old John Harris, were last seen around 6 p.m. Tuesday. Their mother, Transylvania Harris, left the children in the care of her fiance, 33 year-old Mahammed Davis.

Davis was supposed to return the kids after an overnight stay, but did not. Ms. Harris called police late yesterday and reported them missing.

Police have released surveillance video of Mahammed Davis and the children taken inside a Rite Aid at Germantown and Lehigh avenues Wednesday morning at 11.
