Police say 29-year-old Burt Foskey was arguing with his girlfriend and refused to leave or let her leave.
Police say the woman was finally able to get out around 10 a.m., but Foskey followed her. Police say Foskey assaulted the woman, punching her in the stomach - although she is pregnant - and grabbing her around the neck.
When he fell, she was able to get to her car to flee and call 911.
Foskey was charged with second-degree assault and reckless endangering, unlawful imprisonment and other charges.
