Two men have carried out a drive-by double-shooting in South Philadelphia.
It happened about 4:15 Thursday morning in the 2500 block of South Percy Street.
Police say the gunmen opened fire while driving by in an older model tan Mercedes Benz with a Tennessee license plate.
The two men standing on the sidewalk were shot in the back and legs. They're in the hospital in stable condition.
Police spotted the suspected car at Front and Oregon, but then lost it. The suspects remain on the loose.
