Chocolate: It's what's for breakfast!

They claim it would actually cut down on cravings later in the day.

A study was conducted at Virginia Commonwealth University. It found that eating a large breakfast - including a small piece of chocolate - maintains the body's high levels of serotonin.

That is a brain chemical that helps regulate carbohydrate intake. When serotonin levels are low, hunger increases.

The researchers also found that adding protein and fat to breakfast slows digestion, and makes you feel full, longer.
