Police received a call about the shooting around 2 a.m. It happened along 9th Street in Eddystone. Investigators have extended the crime scene along the 9th Street bridge because shell casings were found on the ground.
The victim was shot in the head and rushed to the hospital. There's no condition report available yet.
Investigators say they are looking for two men who were spotted rushing from the scene.
