Police say Jermaine Beverly and Raul Marquez, who are both 28, were already in prison on unrelated charges.
They're now charged in the Aug. 18, 2006, shooting death of Terrell Little. Police say more than 25 shots were fired in the attack, which also wounded a 5-year-old boy and a 21-year-old man. Police have said they believe Little was the intended target.
Beverly and Marquez are charged with first- and third-degree murder and aggravated assault.
