Guilty plea in YouTube police threat

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - August 13, 2008 Forty-four-year-old Andre Moore also pleaded guilty to corrupting the morals of a minor because his son allegedly filmed the video.

His attorney, Amato Sanita, says Moore "completely recants" statements in the video posted on YouTube in June. Moore was seen waving a gun and saying he rejoices "whenever they shoot a cop in Philadelphia."

Sanita says Moore is embarrassed and very apologetic, and never intended for the video to end up on the Internet.

On Wednesday, a judge sentenced Moore to 6 to 23 months of house arrest followed by three years of probation.
