Action News searched the net, made dozens of phone calls, and hob nobbed with store managers for weeks, all to give our viewers the upper hand while bargain hunting this weekend.
We found some of the deepest discounts this year will be on plasma tv's, computers, and GPS systems.
For instance, Radio Shack will be offering a Tom Tom navigation system for just $99.99. That's an eighty dollar discount!

"It's $79.99 but on Friday its going to be $49.99," said Roger Porter with Radio Shack.
Radio Shack will also have Skull Candy headphones for $9.99, that's 50% off. And also a Gateway laptop computer will be marked down from $699 to just $499.
"Encouraging people to come out early to take advantage of a deal that could be emptied out pretty quickly," Porter added.
And who says you can't get anything for a penny?
Boscov's will once again offer its annual buy one get one for a penny promotion which includes ladies outerwear and misses sleepwear and loungewear.
And if your shopping list includes a digital camera, we found some great deals!
Walgreenswill have a Kodak 9MP digital camera for $79.99.
Target will have a Kodak 10.3MP digital camera for $89. That's a $55 savings!
