Police report the chef at the Williams Supper Club in Muskego clobbered Joey Geraci with a large serving spoon put him in a headlock.
Two restaurant employees and and patrons pinned him to the ground until police arrived.
Officers say Geraci entered the supper club through a kitchen door, grabbed a teenage female employee and demanded money.
Police say he claimed to have a weapon.
He's now charged with felony armed robbery.
