The crash happened about 1:45 Wednesday morning on the 2000 block of East Tulpehocken Street in West Oak Lane.
When police arrived they found the SUV nudged against the damaged parked cars but no sign of the driver.
Police are tracing the SUV's registration in hopes of finding the missng driver.
There are no reports of injuries.
