Thief steals $400 in razor blades

Police in Delaware say a man made a clean getaway with a jacket full of razor blades he stole from a grocery store.

The theft happened at about 1 p.m., Friday at the Acme on Lantana Drive in Hockessin, Delaware.

The suspect is described as a

  • White male
  • average build
  • 20 - 25 years old
  • 5'10''tall
  • About 180 pounds

The man is accused of stuffing about $400 worth of razor blades from a store display inside his jacket and then running out of the store without paying.

Police in Delaware want anyone who recognizes the suspect to call police at (302) 633-5000 ext. 672.
