Police in Southern California charge a woman used a false identity to get breast implants and liposuction.
Authorities say Yvonne Pampellone opened a line of credit in someone else's name, then had more than $12,000 worth of plastic surgery.
Police say Pampellone turned herself in yesterday afternoon, after her picture appeared in news reports.
Pampellone now faces charges of commercial burglary, grand theft and identity theft.
Her lawyer says she'll be found innocent of the charges.
