Fire guts police court trailer

BERLIN, NEW JERSEY - May 4, 2009

Flames broke out a little before 1:00 A.M. on Monday in the trailer on police department property on the 100 block of Arch Avenue.

Firefighters arrived just moments after getting the call and had the fire out in less than 10 minutes.

But the damage was done. The trailer is destroyed.

It was being used as a police court administration building since 2006, when the township building was found to have strucural damage.
