EWING TWP., N.J. - May 13, 2009 - 6abc.com TRAVEL LINKS:

The crash happened around 9:35 a.m.

The view from Chopper 6 HD showed two tractor trailers stopped, with the cab of one rig heavily damaged and resting on the concrete barrier.

The southbound lanes were closed for hours while the mess was cleaned up, finally opening again around 3:00 p.m.

One northbound lane was also being blocked, but has since reopened.

Maintenance crews managed to contain the spill of an estimated 80 gallons of diesel fuel before any of it could fall into the Delaware River below the bridge.

No one was seriously injured in the crash.
