RUNNEMEDE, N.J. - May 16, 2009 According to Sgt. Jones from the New Jersey State Police, a tractor trailer overturned on the exit ramp on to the southbound lanes of the Black Horse Pike at around 10:00 a.m. Saturday.
When the truck overturned, liquid asphalt spilled on to the ramp onto both the entrance and exit lanes.
The exit 3 ramp was closed but has since reopened with delays.
The truck driver is said to have suffered a minor injury.
