Man sought for Delaware vehicle break-ins

May 18, 2009 The incidents all took place at the beginning of May in the Brandywine Towne Center, located at Route 202 and Naamans Road in North Wilmington.

Authorities believe Frankie Galindez conspired with another individual to steal wallets, purses, and GPS devices from vehicles in the Brandywine Towne Center.

Galindez is wanted for Theft, Criminal Mischief and Conspiracy.
