Model sues top agency, alleges sexual battery

LOS ANGELES (AP) -May 20, 2009

Claire Robinson filed the class-action lawsuit in Los Angeles against ICM and one of its top agents, Jack Gilardi. The lawsuit claims Robinson was forced to endure sexual situations by ICM, Gilardi and Gilardi's friend John Rockwell.

The 23-year-old was named Miss British Columbia in 2004. She claims she was told that she would be represented by ICM and Gilardi, but was sent on fake auditions, where she was sexually harassed.

ICM spokeswoman Michelle Suess says the agency denies all wrongdoing. A phone message left for Rockwell wasn't immediately returned.
