Two women, a 31-year-old and a 55-year-old, were shot.
The 31-year-old woman died at the scene.
The 55-year-old woman was shot in the head and was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she was later pronounced dead.
Authorities say there was a domestic dispute between the 55-year-old woman and her husband, a 60-year-old man.
Police say the husband showed up at the home and allegedly shot the 55-year-old and when he attempted to flee, the 31-year-old tried to stop him and he then shot her.
The man was apprehended about a block away from the home. He is now in custody and expected to be charged with both murders.
The names of the victims and suspect are not yet being released.
