Around 3:00 A.M. police and a SWAT unit responded to a call for help at a business near the corner of 12th and Race Streets.
They say two gunmen were holding up a massage parlor there.
When police arrived at least one of the men had barricaded himself inside.
Eventually, officers arrested him and another suspect.
We're told no one was hurt.
