Police: Boy punches, robs fisher in park

DOVER, Del. (AP) - August 19, 2009 Dover police spokesman Lt. Tim Stump said the boy punched the victim in the face and stole a bag containing fishing gear around 7 p.m. Tuesday on the east side of the park. The robber then fled on foot.
