Craig Callaway served more than 34 months in the federal prison in Glenville, W.Va., for a bribery conviction. Friday was to be his last day there.
But Callaway still has more than a year left to serve on a blackmailing conviction in which he set up a city council member with a prostitute and videotaped their liaison.
He's expected to be assigned to either New Jersey State Prison in Trenton or East Jersey State Prison in Rahway.
