The blaze broke out around 1:30 Monday morning in a unit on the 2700 block of South Marshall Street.
When firefighters arrived they found flames racing through the dwelling.
Everyone managed to get out safely.
The fire was brought under control in about 20 minutes.
So far, there's no word on a cause, but the fire marshal was called to the scene to determine if the fire is a case of arson.
