The fire broke out at around 1:00 in the morning on Friday, inside a trailer near 27th and Polk streets.
When firefighters arrived the trailer was engulfed in flames.
Crews found the body of the victim inside.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The fire was brought under control in about 20 minutes, but not before the trailer was totaled.
Investigators are looking for the cause.
