The two-vehicle crash happened around 6:30 Tuesday morning at Prides Crossing.
A Honda was reportedly traveling westbound on Route 4 when the car crossed into the median where it struck a tree and then collided with an eastbound Chevrolet.
State Police are on the scene and paramedics tell Action News one man was killed and three people were injured.
There is no word at this time on the identity of the victims.
