The crash happened around 4:00 p.m. in the 300 block of Florence Avenue in Warminster.
Police say the driver lost control, hit a parked car, then crashed into the house.
The driver, identified as a male in his 70's, is being treated at Abington Memorial Hospital.
Officials are checking to see if a medical condition may have caused the crash.
His injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
Nobody in the home was harmed.
Police say the house suffered significant damage.
