Family members have told investigators it is the body of the zoo's owner, Bridget Sipp.
However, the medical examiner is still working to make an official confirmation on the identity.
The fire happened around 8:15 Monday morning on the 1800 block of Jacksonville-Jobstown Road in Springfield Township.
Neighbors reported hearing an explosion before the fire. The house has collapsed and is a total loss.
