If you haven't actually used the "Your Baby Can Read" product, you've probably at least seen it. And now, an advocacy group wants the government to force this company to stop advertising because it says the company claims are false.

Your Baby Can Read is a company that produces a line of books, videos, and flash cards.

The Federal Trade Commission is being asked to halt the company's ads.

The Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood says its claims that it can teach infants to read are deceptive.

But according to Your Baby Can Read, its products have been used by one million families and many parents have been highly satisfied.

A new Senate bill would establish a "privacy bill of rights."

It's designed to set a "baseline of conduct" for companies that collect consumer data - including personal information amassed on the internet and then mined to target online advertising.

The bill aims to legislate how data on a particular individual, computer or smart phone could be collected, used, shared, and stored.

It's sponsored by Democrat John Kerry of Massachusetts and Republican John McCain of Arizona.

If you haven't booked hotel rooms for your upcoming summer vacation, there's a new site that offers deep discounts.

Yuupon is a brand new flash sale site. What makes it different is you can lock in deeply discounted room rates before committing to particular dates.

Also, Yuupon not only has high-end properties but also mid-range hotels that aren't normally offered on flash sale websites.

Yuupon loosely translates to "best vacation friend" in Japanese.
