Police ID victims in fatal NJ motorcycle crash

MAURICE RIVER, N.J. - May 15, 2011

The accident happened at around 2:00 p.m. Saturday on County Road (Route 347) in Maurice River, Cumberland County.

Police say 40-year-old Joseph Moyer of Dennis Township was traveling southbound on Route 347 in a pick-up truck when he lost control on a curve and crossed into opposing traffic, striking two motorcycles that were traveling northbound.

Michael Ennis, 53, of Wenonah, Gloucester County, was the driver of the first motorcycle and is currently listed in critical condition at Atlanticare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City. His passenger, 53-year-old Diane Allen of Mullica Hill was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the second motorcycle, 47-year-old Robin Ennis, was also pronounced dead at the scene.

A third vehicle traveling north struck the crash scene. Then a third motorcycle, driven by 57-year-old William Good of Cinnaminson, crashed into that vehicle.

Good was treated and released from Cape Regional Medical Center.

New Jersey State Police are continuing their investigation. So far, there is no word on if anyone will face charges stemming from the crash.
