The crash happened around 1:00 p.m in the 500 block of Jasmine Court in the Stoney Brook Apartments.
The driver told police she accidentally had the vehicle in reverse instead of drive when she hit the gas.
The van jumped the curb and ran into the apartment building.
The impact seriously damaged the building, leaving a huge hole and part of the wall on the ground.
No injuries were reported in this crash.
