Philadelphia police officers arrived en masse to 5th and Grange Streets in the Olney neighborhood Friday night to investigate reports of a big brawl.
Witnesses reported dozens of teens and young adults got into a scuffle outside a schoolyard that was housing a community carnival.
The scene was declared under control shortly after the heavy police contingent arrived.
There is no official word yet on number of arrests.
