Driver arrested in fatal Jersey hit-and-run

CHERRY HILL, N.J. - September 18, 2011

The accident happened Thursday around 12:30 pm. along Route 70 at Ranoldo Terrace.

As two pedestrians attempted to cross the street, the female victim Binh Tsan was struck.

Tsan was taken to Cooper University Hospital, where she died Saturday afternoon.

According to several witnesses, the vehicle did not make any attempt to stop after the impact.

Officers responded to the 200 block of Cross Keys Road in Berlin, New Jersey where they found the car involved in the accident parked in the driveway.

The vehicle was impounded as evidence and the registered owner, 25-year-old Elisha A. Pollosco was brought in for questioning.

Shortly after, the female suspect was arrested and charged with hit-and-run.

Bail was set at $160,000 and Pollosco remains in custody.
