The accident happened shortly after 9:00 p.m. near the intersection of Owls Nest and Piles Ford roads.
Officials say a car left the roadway and struck a pole.
The occupants, described as being young, were removed from the overturned car and rushed to Christiana Hospital for treatment.
There is no word yet on their conditions.
It is not known why the driver lost control of the vehicle.
