The Voices4Victims letter-writing campaign started last month as a way for students to directly reach out to Sandusky's alleged victims. The Centre Daily Times reports more than 80 letters were dropped off Friday to the office of two State College attorneys who will ensure the letters are passed on.
Organizer Matt Bodenschatz says the alleged victims need the support of the community as Sandusky's trial approaches. He says messages came from as far away as Canada and Croatia.
Sandusky is charged with 52 criminal counts in the alleged abuse of 10 boys over 15 years. He maintains his innocence.
Voices4Victims is still collecting messages.
