2 injured jumping from burning rowhouse in Trenton, NJ

TRENTON, N.J. - November 13, 2012

Fire investigators say the fire broke out before 5:30 a.m. on the first floor of a home in the unit block of Race Street.

It went to two alarms before crews were able to get the upper hand.

Fire officials say two residents inside were not able to get out the front door, so they jumped from a second floor window.

They are being treated at an area hospital.

The blaze was declared under control at 6:40 a.m.

Investigators are still working to determine the cause.

They tell Action News preliminary indications are that the fire started accidentally.
