27-year-old Harry Gaines was arrested on Wednesday in the 5200 block of Market Street following an intense investigation.
Police received numerous tip calls following the release of surveillance video of the suspect slashing multiple tires on January 7th.
Police say 59 vehicles were damages over the course of an hour on the 4700 to 5000 block of Hazel Avenue and the 5300 block of Chancellor Avenue during the early morning hours.
Gaines, who is from the 6000 block of Angora Terrace, is being charged with criminal conspiracy, criminal mischief and related offenses.
