Wilmington police have charged 21-year-old Jerree Richardson with the triple shooting on March 30th.
After an ongoing investigation, detectives were able to ascertain information that linked Richardson to a series of shootings that occurred in the city's east side neighborhood, including one on March 29th.
Richardson was charged with attempted Murder (1st degree), possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a deadly weapon by a person prohibited for the March 29th shooting on Kirkwood Street.
As a result of the March 30th triple shooting, Richardson was charged with an additional two counts of attempted murder (1st degree), assault (1st degree), three counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and possession of a deadly weapon.
He is currently committed to Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in lieu of a $200,000 cash bond for the March 29th shooting.
However, Richardson is awaiting arraignment for the March 30th triple shooting.
