It will also give you turn-by-turn directions to find the gas station you select. If you're considering renting a car, check out GetAround. This app allows to you rent from a private party rather than an agency -- you can do the paperwork right on your phone, and the rentals come with insurance and roadside assistance. Once you get your car, you can us Triposo to look for nearby tourist attractions and restaurants -- and to track your spending. Once you've had your fun and you're looking for a place to stay, you can check out AirBnB. This app will connect you to more than 200,000 places to stay including apartments and houses that owners aren't using. If that feels too sketchy for you, or just prefer to stay in hotels, you can use the Hotel Tonight app to save up 70 percent on last-minute hotel room bookings. The hotels offer the deals if they find themselves with vacancies.
