Dewey Scott Frazier might start thinking about a new line of work. Police in Kingsport, Tennessee, report Frazier has failed again at trying to rob a bank. According to authorities, he demanded money from a teller claiming to have a gun. A bank employee triggered a silent alarm and police were waiting when Frazier walked out of the bank branch. Officers say he had cash under his sweater, but no gun. Archives at the Kingsport Times-News show Frazier was sentenced to 25 to 40 years after being convicted of robbing a bank in 1976.
