State police shut down several southbound lanes around 10 a.m. when the driver of a sport utility vehicle flipped it onto its top.
Police say the driver was trying to change lanes and lost control near the I-95 service area.
Two people were taken to Christiana Hospital with non- life threatening injuries.
The accident backed up traffic for several miles.
