He faces ten felony charges when he is returned to Delaware next week.
State Fire Marshal deputies have obtained an arrest warrant charging Tarburton with eight counts of manufacturing and possession of an explosive device and two counts of reckless endangerment. Tarburton is being held without bond.
State fire investigators recovered eight destructive devices from the suspect's home in the 400 block of North Walnut Street in Milford on Wednesday and Thursday. Officials say the devices had the capability of causing severe injury or death and heavy property damage.
Police say they expect to file additional criminal charges next week.
