OXFORD CIRCLE - September 10, 2008 --
The boy was hit in Philadelphia's Oxford Circle section. Philadelphia Police say the boy was hit shortly after noon.
The accident happened in the 5900 block of August Street.
The boy was taken to Saint Christopher's Hospital. He suffered some injuries to his foot. There's been no word on his condition released.
Police continue their investigation.
