Police: Pa. landlord filmed 34 tenants

Investigators now say a suburban Philadelphia landlord secretly videotaped 34 tenants over two decades after hiding cameras in their bathrooms and bedrooms.

Authorities in Montgomery County will file additional charges Friday against 45-year-old Thomas Daley of Phoenixville.

Assistant District Attorney Coley Reynolds says that films and records they have seized helped identify the number of victims.

Reynolds says that Daley had placed the secret cameras in seven apartments he owned in Norristown.

Daley has been in prison since his arrest last month.

Defense lawyer Timothy Woodward did not immediately return a message Friday from The Associated Press.

Only Action News was there as Thomas Daley was arraigned on a new round of charges involving five more victims. For David Henry's report, Click Here.
