Police say the men robbed Chubby's Pizza & Hoagies in the city's Brighton Heights section about midnight.
They say one man wore a skeleton-style mask while the other wore one depicting the Joker, the villainous character from the Batman movies and comics.
Police aren't saying how much money was taken. Nobody was physically injured in the robbery.
