WEST KENSINGTON - November 24, 2008 --
A 4-story vacant building burned out of control for about an hour. Philadelphia firefighters got the call around 10 a.m. for a fire at the intersection of East Cambria and Ormes. The fire went to a second alarm about 30 minutes later.
Nobody was reported injured.
