She apparently walked away from Oakwood Residence Assisted Living on the 2100 lock of Red Lion Road in Philadelphia.
Police say she suffers from Alzheimer's, Dementia, and depression and she needs medication immediately.
May Short might be wearing a black coat and black sneakers.
