The woman was alive when she was flown to a hospital, where she died Wednesday night.
Police believe the woman drove off the road, traveled three-quarters of a mile across a field and crashed into a tree.
Police say a "pre-existing medical condition" may have contributed to the crash.
Her name has not been released because family members have not been notified.
