Fire damages South Jersey restaurant

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NEW JERSEY - December 5, 2008

The blaze broke out at about 1:30 on Friday morning, behind the Carolina Blues restaurant on the 600 block of Lambs Road in Mantua Township, Gloucester County.

Flames then worked their way into the restaurant.

There are no reports of injuries.

But the restaurant suffered heavy smoke damage and will not be able to open today.

There's no word yet on when it will be able to reopen.

Investigators will search for the cause today.
