NORRISTOWN, Pa. (AP) - December 10, 2008
Rafael Robb was sentenced last month in the beating death of
Ellen Robb on Dec. 22, 2006, as she wrapped Christmas presents in
their kitchen.
The former University of Pennsylvania economics professor
pleaded guilty in November to a charge of voluntary manslaughter.
He filed a motion Dec. 1 seeking to reduce his prison time.
Montgomery County Common Pleas Judge Paul Tressler denied the
motion Tuesday.
