It all started at about one in the morning on Tuesday, at Fifth Street and Roosevelt Boulevard in Olney.
Two officers pulled over the suspects' car.
Police have not yet said why the officers stopped the vehicle.
As the 25th District officers walked toward the car, investigators say the suspect behind the wheel tried to drive off.
The car hit both officers and also rammed into two patrol cars. Police pulled over the car a few blocks later on West Rockland Street and arrested the driver.
A SWAT team and police dogs tracked down the second suspect who was hiding in bushes along Roosevelt Boulevard.
The second officer suffered minor cuts and bruises. Both officers were treated at Einstein Medical Center and released.
The two suspects are in jail facing a host of charges.
